Numbers 7:57 NLT
“He brought a young bull, a ram, and a one-year-old male lamb for a burnt offering,”

Set a good precedent
According to God’s instructions to Moses, only one acceptable male animal was required for a burnt offering. But what’s truly inspiring is that Gamaliel, son of Pedahzur, along with all the tribal leaders before him, boldly brought multiple animals—completely unbothered that they would be fully incinerated. These additional animals symbolized incredible sacrifice, yet each leader willingly offered them without hesitation or regret. This shows that Gamaliel and the other tribal leaders wholeheartedly surrendered to God’s will. Undoubtedly, Gamaliel, son of Pedahzur, set a shining example by presenting numerous animals for the burnt offering. Friends, think about the kind of example you are setting—are they examples that inspire others to love God with passion and devotion?

Prayer
Heavenly Father, please help me to fully surrender my life to You, placing my complete trust in Your guidance. May this surrender be genuine and evident, guiding my actions in every aspect of my life—both in private moments of reflection and in public interactions—so that my behaviour consistently reflects Your love and grace. In Jesus’s name, Amen.
