“So Aaron did this. He set up the seven lamps so they reflected their light forward, just as the Lord had commanded Moses.”
They reflected their light forward
In the referenced scripture, we read that the seven lamps in the Tabernacle reflected their light forward. However, this would not have been possible if Aaron had not influenced them by arranging the lamps on the lampstand to face outward, ensuring their light was directed forward. Friends, how are you using your influence in your daily life? Are you using it to bring out the best in those you meet and inspire positive change, or to lead others astray and make them twice the children of hell?
Also, Aaron’s effort could not have achieved the desired result if it had not been in strict accordance with God’s specific instructions given to him through Moses. Friends, anything done in obedience to divine instruction always produces the outcome that aligns with God’s will. Moreover, all seven lamps shone their light forward as intended, with no discrepancies or outliers. Friends, don’t be an outlier in doing God’s will—remain faithful and aligned with His directives.
Prayer
Heavenly Father, please help me never to discount obedience to You and ensure that every encounter with anyone leaves positive impressions that people will cherish and recognize as the work of the Holy Spirit in me. In Jesus’s name, Amen.
