Strong Tower: A daily scripture reflection.

Numbers 7:1 NLT
“On the day Moses set up the Tabernacle, he anointed it and set it apart as holy. He also anointed and set apart all its furnishings and the altar with its utensils.”
Moses did everything!
It’s important to highlight that Moses completed several complex tasks in a single day. Such an achievement could not have been achieved through human effort alone, as the scripture states, “by strength no man shall prevail,” emphasizing that his success was entirely due to God’s divine support.
Although Moses had the opportunity to delegate some responsibilities, he chose to undertake them all personally. He carefully ensured that every detail, from placing the Ark of the Covenant to arranging the curtains and installing the altar, was done precisely according to divine instructions received at Mount Sinai.
Note that Moses did not lack trust in others; rather, since God did not instruct him to involve others, he took on the responsibilities himself. Friends, whenever God gives you a task, resist the urge to take on a supervisory role; instead, fully embrace it and dedicate yourself to it, just as Moses did. In the end, Moses’s diligent actions consecrated the Tabernacle and its holy furnishings. Friends, are your actions contributing to the sanctification or desecration of God’s Tabernacle?
Prayer
Heavenly Father, I ask that my actions honour You and that my interactions serve to consecrate, not desecrate, for Your glory alone, now and always. In Jesus’s name, Amen.
