Leviticus 6:2 NLT
“Suppose one of you sins against your associate and is unfaithful to the Lord. Suppose you cheat in a deal involving a security deposit, or you steal or commit fraud,”
Nothing is hidden
Nothing is hidden from God. All our actions and inactions are visible to Him, and He is pre-emptive can knows what humans are and will do. In today’s referenced scripture, God foretold that some behaviours might happen in the course of people’s interactions. Note that God knew their behaviours were a probable or a must. Likewise, the deviation didn’t have to be widespread before it became a concern. The scripture says suppose one of you sins, but is there strength in one? Yes, there is! It takes only one rotten apple for others to turn bad. By emphasizing “one,” God wanted the Israelites to know that just one deviation is enough to displease God. Any aberration in our behaviors toward one another displeases God. Friends, let’s ensure that our interactions with one another have no iota of any forms of cheating and dishonesty.

Heavenly Father, let Your Holy Spirit continue to guide me. In Jesus’s name. Amen
