Leviticus 14:3-4 NLT
”who will examine them at a place outside the camp. If the priest finds that someone has been healed of a serious skin disease, he will perform a purification ceremony, using two live birds that are ceremonially clean, a stick of cedar, some scarlet yarn, and a hyssop branch.“
‭‭
Lord, declare me clean
As individuals, we often live under illusions that can prevent us from seeing things as they are. We may be in a state of self-denial, where we fail to recognize the reality of our situation. In light of this, God instructed the need for a gatekeeper and chose priests for this role.

Like the priests of old, who played a crucial role in guiding the camp by verifying healing claims, similarly, as a follower of Jesus Christ, you must be vigilant in protecting your camps from any harm that may come their way. These camps include your home, family, children, business, church, unit, and spouse.

Friends, this task will be easier to perform if you remain truthful and honest in all your dealings and let divine instructions guide you in all your decisions. As a priest, you are responsible for upholding the truth and doing what is right. Remember that you are not a priest, according to Aaron, but through Jesus Christ, and you must fulfill your responsibilities to the best of your abilities.

Prayer
Heavenly Father, I refuse to operate under illusion or self-denial. I pray that You will declare me cleansed from any impurity that has held me bound and isolated. I pray this in Jesus’s name. Amen.
