Pastor George Oluwadare Ogunleye JP is the General Leader of the Cherubim and Seraphim Movement Church, Ayo Ni O, Surulere District. Born on March 5th, 1936, in Efon-Alaye, Nigeria. After studying Electrical Engineering in the UK, he returned to Nigeria and had a successful career at Niger Pak Nigeria Limited before retiring in 1992.

Pastor Ogunleye has been actively involved in the church since its early days in London, serving in key roles, including Secretary of the Church Building Fund Committee and as an ordained Pastor since 1998. He is known for coining the slogan "Ayo Ni O" in 1967 and was unanimously elected as the 3rd Chairman/General Leader of the Surulere District. Fondly known as Baba Ogunleye, he is respected for his fervent prayer life, deep commitment to the church's growth and unity, and involvement in its unification efforts.
