Exodus 40:34 NLT
“Then the cloud covered the Tabernacle, and the glory of the Lord filled the Tabernacle.”
Signs of approval
God monitors everything we do in His vineyard, and whenever He is pleased with our deliveries, He gives His sign of approval which can come in diverse forms. For our Lord and Savior, it was a voice from heaven; however, for Moses, it was two interrelated events. First, the cloud covered the Tabernacle. This was the cloud that went with the children of Israel. Second, the glory of the Lord filled the Tabernacle. Please note that none of these happened because Moses recited the name of God; but because he pleased God with the setting up of the Tabernacle. Friends, how do you and I manage the task assigned to us? Is it haphazardly or wholeheartedly? It is only wholehearted devotion to divine functions that facilitate the kind of experience that Moses recorded.
Prayer
Faithful Father, help to always be faithful in carrying out every task assigned to me. In Jesus’s name, amen.
