“When you become aware of your guilt in any of these ways, you must confess your sin.”
Confess your sin
One thing about realizing our wrongdoings is that it is never a probabilistic issue. Every wrongdoer will eventually know what they have done before death comes. Hence, today’s referenced scripture did not begin with the word “if” but “when.” Imagine if the word “if” had been used; it would have meant that not everyone would have the opportunity to realize their mistakes, but by using the word “when,” means no one would forever claim ignorant of sins. For the Israelites, the Lord asserted that once they know, they must confess, perhaps to the priest. But as for you and I, we must confess to the Lord because, as the Psalmist said, there is forgiveness with the Lord.

Dear Father, please forgive all my sins. In Jesus’s name. Amen.
