Treasury Unit

Code of conduct for the treasury ministry

1. Transparency: We are committed to maintaining transparency in all financial transactions related to the ministry. This includes a detailed breakdown of all receipts and expenditures, which will be readily available to our congregation and stakeholders. We believe that openness fosters trust and allows our community to know how resources are utilized to better our ministry and outreach programs.

2. Accountability: Our ministry takes accountability seriously. We will rigorously prepare and publicly distribute comprehensive monthly and yearly financial statements showing the operations of the Chapel of Glory Ministries. This practice ensures that all financial activities are tracked accurately, promoting integrity in our stewardship of resources. Regular audits will also be conducted to verify our financial practices, ensuring we uphold the highest accountability standards.

3. Dignity: In our ministry, we recognize the importance of treating all donors with respect and dignity. We will ensure that all records about our donors are kept confidential and handled with care. This commitment includes safeguarding their information and recognizing their contributions respectfully, whether through acknowledgments in our communications or appreciation events. We believe in fostering a culture of gratitude and honour towards all who support our mission.
