Numbers 10:21 NLT
“Next came the Kohathite division of the Levites, carrying the sacred objects from the Tabernacle. Before they arrived at the next camp, the Tabernacle would already be set up at its new location.”
Next came the Kohathite division
God acts with purpose. Sometimes that purpose remains hidden; at other times, it is clearly revealed. One such instance occurred during the departure of the Kohathite division, when the I AM WHO I AM disclosed the reason for their delayed departure. The Kohathites did not travel with the other Levitical clans not because of any sense of superiority or inferiority, but because God had assigned them a specific role. Instead, this ensured the Tabernacle would be fully assembled and ready before they arrived. Friends, a delayed start in any endeavour should not be taken as a sign that God has forgotten you. It may instead mean that, in His purpose, He is preparing and arranging what you need before you arrive.
Prayer
Heavenly Father, please help me trust and accept Your plan for my life, whether or not its purpose is revealed. In Jesus’s name, Amen.
